Father's Day at Paarl Mall

Paarl Mall did it again!  5 very happy Dads walked away with braai hampers to the value of R 1, 000 each on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 June.  Paarl Mall Marketing Ladies Sandra Nothnagel and Jackie Smith surprised Dads in the walkways of the Mall.  Some of the lucky dads were completely speechless and could not believe their good fortune!

Museum Exhibition in conjunction with the Afrikaanse Taalmonument

It was International Museum Day on 18 May and Paarl Mall hosted a Museum Exhibition in conjunction with the Afrikaanse Taalmonument and Paarl Museum from 13 to 16 May. 

 

A highlight of the expo was Franschhoek Motor Museum’s three-wheel Mars-Carette from 1905, imported from London in 1973. It has a foot-operated clutch and hand-operated throttle which makes it quite difficult to drive. Just like the early Riley, the driver sits on a saddle at the back, with the passenger sitting in basketwork seat in front of him - between the driver and the accident, so to speak!

 

Visitors enjoyed the baby crocodiles at CapeNature and Le Bonheur Crocodile Farm’s stall. A special programme was presented in the food court from 12:00 to 13:00 on Saturday with performances by Zulu-dancers from Kwazulu-Natal and learners from Charleston Hill Primary who did the Disci dance

Paarl Mall Ladies Club Breakfast on Saturday 29 May

The Paarl Mall and Truworths’ Paarl Mall Ladies Club Breakfast took place at the beautiful Oak Tree Lodge in Paarl on Saturday 29 May.  The ladies were spoiled with goody bags sponsored by Bargain Books Paarl Mall, beauty products from Estee Lauder and enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast while Charmaine gave an update on skin care products, exciting new fragrances and what’s hot in the beauty industry,

It was a happy Mother’s Day at Paarl Mall on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 May

Paarl Mall made 5 Mother’s very happy by randomly handing out 5 Pamper Hampers to the value of R1000.00 each, to Mother’s visiting Paarl Mall over the Mother’s Day weekend.All they had to do was to visit Paarl Mall over the weekend to stand a chance to walk away with a Pamper Hamper. 

The Centre Manager, Helen Joubert and Marketing Manager, Sandra Nothnagel surprised unsuspected Mother’s by stopping them in the Mall and wishing them a Blessed Mother’s Day, whilst handing them their hampers, their reactions ranged from disbelief to amazement when they realized that it is true!  The hampers were sponsored by Paarl Mall and its tenants.
